Registration Guideline

All participants are kindly recommended to register via the Online Registration System. Please read the instructions on the website carefully. To benefit from the reduced early registration fee, please process your registration before May 1, 2016.

Please do not send any payments without your name included in payment details. Such payments cannot be identi?ed. If you do not receive any confirmation after your payment you should contact with congress secretariat. All participants are kindly requested to register in advance by completing and submitting the Registration Form with the appropriate fees.

Insurance:

The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Confirmation:

Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the Registration desk at the Congress Centre as proof of your registration. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. Please note that registration for the various tours and events will be confirmed upon payment on a “first come, first served” basis and numbers may be restricted.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by e-mail) to the Congress Department according to the following conditions. Please note cancellations received:

  • A written notification of cancellation should be sent to the conference secretariat.
  • Cancellation made before 17 June 2016 will be charged a service fee of 200 USD .
  • There is no refund after the 17 June 2016. All refunds will be processed after the congress ends.
