ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
 

POSTER INSTRUCTIONS

The poster should be easily readable from 1.5 meters (4 feet) away. One or more of the authors must be present during the session. If one author represents a team who wrote the paper, that person should be capable of responding to questions concerning all aspects of the presentation.

Support:
We will provide you with tools (adhesive tape, etc.) for hanging your poster, it is recommended that you bring your own materials as a back up.

Format:
There will also be other authors with their poster presentations in the gallery. For that reason, we encourage you to avoid exceeding the dimensions with 70 cm width and 90 cm height and hang your posters vertically.

Content Guidelines:

  1. The official languages of the Congress is English. Abstracts can be submitted in English.
  2. The title of the abstract must reflect the work.
  3. The full names (first and last names), titles, organizations, and email addresses of all authors must be clearly stated. Contact information (i.e., mailing addresses and telephone and fax numbers) must be added.
  4. Abstracts (not including the titles) must not exceed 300 words.
  5. At least one of the authors named in the abstract must register for the Congress. Only abstracts that are submitted by the authors who have registered for the Congress shall be included in the program.

 

Submitting an Abstract:

  1. Abstracts will be submitted online at http://macro2016.org/ in the ORAL and POSTER PRESENTATION.
  2. Submission via email shall NOT be accepted
  3. The font used in the abstracts is automatically applied to all abstracts and cannot be changed.
  4. Up to two tables and one graph may be added to the abstracts.
  5. Only standard abbreviations are accepted. If there is a special abbreviation, then its expanded form must be included in a parenthesis when it is used for the first time.
  6. References must be included in the text as a quotation rather than as a footnote at the end of the abstract.

“Acceptance” and “Rejection” letters on the submitted abstracts shall be sent to your email address once the abstracts are evaluated by the referees. You may also check the results on the “Abstracts Decisions” section of the Congress’s web page.
